By using Kuji Spin you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
- Kuji Spin is free to use. No sign-up is needed.
- It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always work or be free of errors.
- We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time.
Your lists
- You are responsible for what you put in your lists and share links.
- Only use other people’s names when you have the right to. Do not put sensitive personal information in lists or links.
- Anyone who has a share link can see the list in it.
Giveaways and prizes
- If you use Kuji Spin to pick winners, the rules, any registration and any taxes for your giveaway are your responsibility as the host.
- Do not use Kuji Spin for draws that charge for entry.
- Do not use it for any game where people put money at stake.
What a receipt shows
A result receipt and its List ID show that the list was not changed. They cannot prove that the host did not spin again on another device. See Fairness.
Age
Kuji Spin is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Fair use of the site
Do not scrape the site, overload it with automated requests, or try to break or misuse it.
Names and brands
Kuji Spin is not affiliated with any brand, league or team named on the site. Their names are used only to describe lists.
